The transport links were amazing, really helped me get around easily. The call center being in the UK was a treat, I love talking to offshore customer service teams. Nurses, doctors, and key workers love staying at Townhouses, can't blame them!
What's not to love? Just perfection.

The bed at this awesome place was insanely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud! The affordable accommodation also had a jaw-dropping shared kitchen, super fast free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV for watching mind-blowing films. Plus, I loved that they had an electric kettle for my tea fix. Pets aren't allowed, but that's okay because this place was so amazing. No smoking on site, which is great for fresh air lovers like me. my stay here was absolutely top-notch and I can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Townhouse Plus was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no suitable room available and were asked to postpone our stay. This was unacceptable as we had already made arrangements and had nowhere else to go. They offered a room without a private bathroom, not what we had originally booked. The room we were given had flimsy pillows, a dirty yellow pull-up with grey stains, and no TV. The shared bathroom was disgusting, with no functioning lock and a consistently wet and dirty floor. The experience was made worse by the noise from other guests and the lack of response from the owners. I would not recommend staying here, even if someone paid me.
From the lack of adequate rooms to the unsanitary conditions, it was a nightmare from the start. The communication with the hotel owner was frustrating, as they took hours to respond to any inquiries.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few aspects that I appreciated. the shared kitchen was great, allowing me to prepare my meals easily. the WiFi was reliable and fast, which was a bonus for staying connected. the availability of a TV with movie options provided some entertainment during downtime.
There were some downsides to my experience. the bed was too small for my partner, who is 6ft 3, and there were bits hanging off the walls, giving a slightly unkempt appearance.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion as it provides easy access to Wychwood Park Conference Centre. The facilities were satisfactory and conducive to my work needs.
One service that I missed for my work was the lack of reliable and fast internet connectivity.
